REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

KEENVIX WHOLE LLC accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at info@keenvixwhole.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging when possible. Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review the case.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item shipped.
