SHIPPING POLICY
KEENVIX WHOLE LLC currently ships within the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. After processing, estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and operational factors.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@keenvixwhole.com with your order number. Our support team will review the tracking details and work with the carrier when necessary.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment or provide the available resolution based on the order status.
